Evora Health is a South African wellness research platform connecting approved resellers with research-grade products. References to "we", "us", or "Evora Health" in this policy refer to Evora Health (Pty) Ltd. Our contact email is admin@evorahealth.co.za.
We collect only the information necessary to operate the reseller platform. This includes: your full name, email address, WhatsApp number, region, and the details you provide in your reseller application. Once approved, we also collect order information including delivery address, product selections, and proof of payment uploads necessary to process your orders.
We do not collect, request, store, or process any medical records, health histories, diagnoses, prescriptions, or any other health-related personal information. No medical data of any kind is held by Evora Health.
Your information is used exclusively to: manage your reseller account and application; process and fulfil your orders; communicate platform updates, new products, and account notices; verify payment and delivery of orders; and maintain records required for legitimate business operations. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Your information may be shared only with: courier and logistics partners strictly to the extent necessary to deliver your orders; and our platform infrastructure providers (Firebase / Google Cloud) who process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements. All third parties are required to handle your data in accordance with applicable privacy law.
Your data is stored on encrypted cloud infrastructure (Google Firebase) hosted on servers with industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and audit logging. We retain your data for as long as your reseller account remains active, and for a period of up to 3 years thereafter for legitimate business record-keeping purposes, unless you request earlier deletion.
The Evora Health platform does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. Firebase Authentication uses session tokens stored locally in your browser solely to maintain your login session. No cross-site tracking is performed.
In accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information; request deletion of your personal information (subject to legitimate retention requirements); object to the processing of your personal information; and lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforeg.org.za.

The Evora Health platform is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active resellers via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

By applying for, accessing, or using the Evora Health reseller platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Evora Health (Pty) Ltd.
Reseller status is granted at Evora Health's sole and absolute discretion. Approval of an application does not create any employment, agency, partnership, or franchise relationship between you and Evora Health. Evora Health reserves the right to review, suspend, downgrade, or permanently revoke reseller status at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these terms, misrepresentation, or conduct that brings the brand into disrepute.
All products available through the Evora Health platform are intended strictly for laboratory and scientific research purposes only. These products have not been evaluated or approved by any regulatory body for medical use, as dietary supplements, or as medicines, and are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, or therapeutic application. By using this platform, you confirm that you will only acquire and supply these products for lawful research purposes and accept full responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Evora Health and its representatives are not medical doctors and do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice. Resellers are expressly prohibited from making any medical claims, therapeutic claims, or health outcome promises in connection with any Evora Health product. Resellers must at all times direct clients with medical concerns to a qualified and registered healthcare professional. Violation of this clause constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
Resellers who are Certified Longevity Coaches, Certified Biohackers, or hold other recognised wellness certifications may share general wellness education and lifestyle guidance with their clients. This guidance must remain within the scope of their certification and must not cross into medical diagnosis, prescription, or therapeutic recommendation.
Product pricing is tiered by reseller category (Category 1 and Category 2) as displayed on the platform at the time of ordering. Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt and verification of proof of payment. Evora Health reserves the right to cancel any order that cannot be verified or fulfilled.
All content on the Evora Health platform including but not limited to the brand name, logo, product descriptions, educational materials, and platform design is the intellectual property of Evora Health (Pty) Ltd. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any Evora Health intellectual property without prior written consent, except to the extent necessary to carry out your legitimate reseller activities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evora Health shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform or the products, including any harm arising from misuse, improper handling, non-compliance with research-use restrictions, or reliance on information provided on the platform. Your use of the platform and products is entirely at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Evora Health (Pty) Ltd, its owners, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of products, or any claims made by your clients arising from your conduct or representations.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
Evora Health reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation and successful verification of proof of payment. Orders submitted on weekends or South African public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Processing will not commence until payment has been verified by the Evora Health team.
Standard delivery within South Africa is 5 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch. Express delivery (where selected at checkout) is 2 to 3 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Evora Health will not be held liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.
We currently deliver to all major centres within South Africa. Delivery to remote or outlying areas may take additional time and may incur additional courier surcharges. You will be notified if your delivery address falls outside standard coverage before your order is confirmed.
Tracking information will be provided on your reseller dashboard once your order has been dispatched. It is your responsibility to monitor your tracking information and ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. Evora Health is not responsible for failed delivery attempts where no one is available to receive the parcel.
All orders are packaged discreetly. Packaging does not display product names or descriptions on the exterior. This is in accordance with our commitment to reseller and client privacy.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, you must contact us via the platform within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window may not be accepted. Please retain all original packaging and provide photographic evidence of the issue. Evora Health will, at its discretion, arrange a replacement or credit for verified claims.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact us within 48 hours of the indicated delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with the courier on your behalf. Evora Health is not liable for parcels confirmed as delivered to the specified address.
Due to the research-grade nature of our products and strict cold-chain and handling requirements, we do not accept returns of opened or used products under any circumstances. Unopened products may be considered for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to prior written approval from Evora Health. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the reseller. Approved returns will be processed as account credit only - no cash refunds will be issued.
Orders may be cancelled without penalty prior to dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us via the platform immediately. Evora Health reserves the right to refuse cancellation of an order that has already entered the dispatch process.

Please read and accept the following terms before learning more about the programme. These govern your relationship with Evora Health as an affiliate partner.
Affiliates earn 20% of the retail selling price on all confirmed sales attributed to their referral link. Where a sale involves a negotiated price, the actual profit share amount will be logged by Evora Health and will supersede the standard 20% rate. Commission is calculated on the final agreed sale amount excluding courier fees.
Commission is paid via electronic funds transfer (EFT) on request by the affiliate. Evora Health will process payment within a reasonable timeframe and upload proof of payment to the affiliate dashboard upon completion. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their banking details are accurate and up to date.
Each affiliate is approved for specific product categories at the discretion of Evora Health. Affiliates may be approved for Wellness Devices (Smart Band, Smart Pod, LED Therapy Mask), the Advanced Health Programme, or both. Affiliates may only refer clients for categories they are approved for. Referring clients for unapproved categories is a breach of these terms.
Affiliates approved for the Advanced Health Programme category agree that this programme must not be publicly advertised, listed on social media, or referenced in any public-facing content. The Advanced Health Programme is shared privately, person-to-person only. Breach of this clause will result in immediate termination of the affiliate account.
Each affiliate receives a unique referral link. Sales are attributed to affiliates based on the referral code recorded during the lead capture process. Evora Health makes reasonable efforts to ensure accurate attribution but cannot guarantee attribution in all circumstances. The owner's recorded sales are final for commission calculation purposes.
Evora Health reserves the right to approve, suspend, or permanently terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Termination does not affect commissions already earned and recorded prior to termination.
Affiliates agree to represent Evora Health in a professional, accurate, and ethical manner. Affiliates may not make medical claims about any Evora Health product. All product descriptions must align with Evora Health's approved wellness and lifestyle positioning. Affiliates who make unauthorised medical or therapeutic claims will have their accounts terminated immediately.
Evora Health collects and processes affiliate personal information (name, email, cell number) for the purpose of operating the affiliate programme, calculating commission, and making payments. This data is stored securely in our Firebase database and is not shared with third parties. Affiliates have the right to access or request deletion of their data by contacting admin@evorahealth.co.za. Lead data collected through the affiliate link is used solely to facilitate a WhatsApp consultation with an Evora Health team member and for commission tracking purposes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
Evora Health may update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes on next login and will be required to re-accept updated terms before continuing to use the platform.
